Editorially was a collaborative writing and editing platform designed to support and encourage the writing process. It featured a plain-text editor, a document version system, notes and activity feeds, discussion threads, and more. Unfortunately, it failed to attract enough users to be sustainable. Editorially closed its doors on May 30th, 2014.

Editorially was built by Mandy Brown, Jason Santa Maria, David Yee, Ethan Marcotte, Rob Brackett, Garann Means, Susan Robertson, Winston Hearn, Sara Distin, Rebecca Rubenstein, and Sally Kerrigan. We remain grateful to friends and supporters who encouraged us and especially to the users who gave us a shot.

All user data associated with deleted accounts has been permanently deleted. All other user data has been securely backed up. Users may request a backup of their data by emailing support@editorially.com. Remaining data backups will be permanently deleted on December 31st, 2014.
